Several studies, including one by the American Camp Association, suggest that a stay at summer camp typically benefits children by helping them become more confident and experience increased self-esteem; develop social skills; become more independent, showing leadership qualities; and become more adventurous in trying new things. Camp Katoya is American Camp Association accredited and licensed by the State of Connecticut to ensure the well-being of all campers.

Girls don’t have to be Girl Scouts to enjoy this beautiful camp! Programs are filling fast so parents are encouraged to sign their girls up today. For more information, please call 1-800-922-2770 ext. 3313 or email camp@gsofct.org.
