Is Maries coming or going?

Hearing bad things... our hopes were high but it's not looking for for the return of Maries... Hoping we're wrong...No activity and a vacant relic there now with no signs of any re-opening anytime soon. Prob due to the exorbitant rent by that very fair landlord concern and I understand un-reasonable demands required by the Health dept.. anyone hear anything?
