Herbst Praises Mary Sherlach, Killed in Newtown School Shooting
He asked the Trumbull Town Council to rename the Trumbull Counseling Center after her.
Tim Herbst made an impassioned request to honor the name of Trumbull resident Mary Sherlach, the Sandy Hook School psychologist killed on Dec. 14 in Newtown.
The Town Council agreed to name the center after her. A spring ceremony is planned.
