Personality: Despite his tough looks and solid, muscular physique, Rosco has the personality of a lapdog. He is eager to please and great fun to walk. He can be stubborn sometimes, so it would be better for Rosco to go home with a more dog savvy person.
Backstory: Rosco came to the shelter all cut up, perhaps from a run-in with a car. His collar was practically strangling him and had to be surgically removed, but he healed rapidly. He is now very comfortable and friendly with the staff.
