The following is a letter to the editor.
Stern Village and The Stern Village Neighborhood Watch Needs Your Help!
The Stern Village Neighborhood Watch patrols Stern Village at all hours of day and night to help keep the residents safe. This team of eight dedicated Stern Village residents, led by Gus Aquino, need your help! They do not have the right apparel; reflective vests, raingear, and the like would be most appreciated. They also need rechargeable walkie-talkies and battery powered LED lanterns. Stern Village is located on 10 acres and it is a 3 mile walk around the Village. A golf cart is needed to help with emergency response and to transport residents from their apartments to the Community Room.
