Knit One, Pray Too

Want to learn to knit? (or crochet or hand quilt or embroider?)    Beginning again on September 8, K1P2 will meet on the Second Thursday of each month from 7-11 pm in the rector's study.     On September 8th, we'll meet outdoors and have a potluck BBQ on the rear lawn. Bring something to throw on the grill and your favorite side dish or dessert to share. Raining?  No problem.  We'll still grill - we'll just sit inside!     It is a fun, social gathering for anyone who’d like to relax with a cup of tea, learn a new craft, improve their handwork skills or just work on their current project while enjoying the company of others. Work on your own project, or start an outreach craft like hats or blankets for preemies or prayer shawls. A new opportunity this fall is to learn how to embroider fancy liturgical linens. We'll conclude with a short and simple prayer of thanks at the very end. Tea is provided - bring some snacks to share if you'd like.

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
