Visions for Vacancies: Former Henderson's Hardware Site

Sacred Heart University in Fairfield bought the property for $4.8 million last year.

Crews were demolishing a building on the former Henderson Hardware site Tuesday morning. Its owner, Sacred Heart University, has not said what it will do with the property.
