Gymnastics helps those with special needs in spatial awareness, fitness and flexibility, as well as social commitment. The Exceptional Gymnast classes specialize in low tone participants with Downs Syndrome and participants with low functioning Autism.
Dynamic Gymnast classes specialize in high tone participants with Downs Syndrome and participants with high functioning Autism.
