founder of Fairfield County Integrative Family
Medicine and Healing Therapies.
Dr. Cremin is board certified in family medicine and completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell and Columbia Universities and received her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree (DO) from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT, and the Integrative Family Medicine Program/Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona.
