Hands-only CPR is the new way to help someone who has stopped breathing, and you can learn it Thursday, Jan. 16, at Trumbull EMS.
who experience cardiac arrest need quick cardiopulmonary resuscitation
in the first 3-5 minutes to increase their chance of survival. CPR

who are prepared to help in cardiovascular emergencies," said Trumbull EMS Executive Director Joseph Laucella.
