Back By Popular Demand….The New Couch To 5K program!!!! A Group Coaching program than can take you from a newbie beginner runner to running your first 5K!
Spring is a mere 42 days away, with plenty of awesome races approaching. A few in particular : The Beardsley Beast 5K, The Westport Minuteman 5k, The Bridgeport Hospital Home Run 5K (flat flat flat!!!) and the Fairfield Stratton Faxon 5K. Nows the time to sign up for one, start training, get into shape and have fun doing it!!!
Group coaching is more than a class or a support group; it’s an energy-filled opportunity to discover your best self!!!! Group coaching creates a dedicated weekly time to focus on yourself in a supportive and encouraging environment.  Group coaching supports individual growth and development to reach specific goals by making positive changes to usual routines and ways of thinking.  Perhaps you’ve struggled with weight and unhealthy eating in the past, and now want to create a positive  environment for overall good health.
