Enforcing "No Left Turn" Signs

Please consider putting curblike dividers between incoming and outgoing lanes where no left turn is indicated. Make them curve to the right to deter people from taking the left. You know, like the area leaving Stop & Shop plaza onto Main St.
My daughter had a very close call today on White Plains Rd.

Some bozo took a left onto WP Rd. from the Ichiro driveway while my daughter was taking her right on WP Rd. from the banks across the street. The car almost hit her, she had to back away from the car to avoid it smashing into her. Please consider my suggestion, as I recall these driveways were all made "no left turn" because of the amount of accidents that had occurred. My 18 yr. old knows the traffic rules better than the bozo who ignored their sign!
