Walmart on Rte 25 in Monroe

Does anyone have any insight regarding Walmart building a "super walmart" outlet on Route 25 by Victorinox?  While it is outside of Trumbull lines, this outlet will cause massive traffic jams on an already congested road for Trumbull residents, bring little revenue to the surrounding communities, and will likely crush local small businesses in exchange for only a few hundred long-term jobs.
