Susan Hope Ketz, 52, of Seymour is charged with driving under the influence. Her bond was set at $500.
Ruben Martinez, 48, of Merritt Street, Bridgeport, is also charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to maintain minimum insurance.

Larceny and Other Charges
Stephanie Nicole Rossi, 22, of Patricia Road, Bridgeport, is charged with fifth-degree larceny. Her bond was set at $1,000.

Jaime Lucas, 41, of Partridge Lane, Trumbull, is charged with two counts violating conditions of release and one count of failure to appear in court. She was held on bonds of $15,000, $15,000 and $6,000.
