Alleged Lookout Caught
Donald Spaulding, 34, of South Leonard Street, Waterbury, is charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Police said Spaulding acted as a lookout for an alleged accomplice shoplifting from Lord & Taylor in Trumbull.
He was arrested April 5 and is free on $25,000 bond for an April 15 court appearance.

Two Accused of Shoplifting
Pauline Poole, 55, of Chopsey Hill Road, Bridgeport, is charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly stealing from Kohl's. She placed items in her cart and covered them up with items she paid for, police said.
Her bond was set at $500.
Joseph Frank Mauro, 31, of Charles Street, Bridgeport is accused of trying to steal a $65 bottle of cologne from Kohl's.
Charged with sixth-degree larceny, he is free on a written promise to appear in court.
