Police: Man Under Fallen Motorcycle Charged with DUI

Motorcycle Accident Leads to Charges

David C. Kelley, 45, of Melrose Avenue, Trumbull, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after police found him lying under his motorcycle.

Police said he was uncooperative with officers at the scene. His bond was set at $500.

Alleged Car Burglar

Jose A. Nunez, 37, of Nichols Street, Bridgeport, is accused of breaking into a car at the Hawley Lane Mall.

Police said the man had items in his car from the alleged breakin.

Nunez is charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Her bond was set at $2,500.

2010 Crash Arrest

Jared Kolbe Fleming, 37, of Garfield Avenue, Bridgeport, is charged with misuse of license plates, engaging police in pursuit, evading, intefering with police and attempted assault on a police officer.

Police said Fleming nearly hit a police cruiser before fleeing and crashing his car. He then fled and was arrested by warrant after he was detained by Norwalk police.

His bond was set at $10,000.

Alleged Domestic Violence Leads to Arrest

A Trumbull man is accused of throwing objects around in the home he shared with his live-in girlfriend.

Ryan Larsen, 29, of Walker Road, is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of the peace. He allegedly returned to Police Headquarters after the incident and was arrested.

His bond was set at $5,000.

Accused Shoplifter

Shawn Gillespie, 43, of Wells Avenue, Bridgeport, is charged with use of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny.

Police said Gillespie took nearly $100 in baby formula from the Hawley Lane Mall. He also had a pipe used for taking drugs, police said.
