Trumbull Cops Charge Redding Woman with DUI, Risk of Injury

Margaret Logan Dinnean, 27, of Applegate Road, is accused of failing to secure a child in a carseat and driving under the influence.

Dinnean is charged with DUI, failure to keep drugs in their original container, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and risk of injury to a minor.

Police said Dinnean was driving erratically on Main Street near Quality Street. She was stopped at a nearby gas station where police found a 2 1/2-year-old child not secured in carseat, police added.

She allegedly tried to leave the scene, and police reportedly found marijuana, pills and packages formerly containing heroin.

She is free on a written promise to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court Sept. 27.
