A man allegedly confronted another driver by reaching into his car and grabbing his shirt in Trumbull Center.
John J. Britto, 43, of Hickory Street, is charged with second-degree breach of the peace.
Police said the incident started when one driver allegedly cut off another driver.
One of the drivers, a female, reported the incident to her father, Britto, who located the other driver, a male. Britto reached into the man's car and grabbed him by the shirt, tearing it, police said.
Meanwhile, Melissa Rose Veloce, 31, of Stratford Avenue, Bridgeport, is accused of stealing merchandise from Kohl's in the Hawley Lane Mall. She is charged with third-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny.
Her bond was set at $1,500.
Finally, a dispute earlier this year led to the arrest of Eric Ian Duncan, 24, of Beardsley Parkway, on charge of violation of conditions of release.
Police said Duncan was free on conditions stemming from a 2009 incident, until his recent arrest regarding a fight among his brothers.
His bond was set at $25,000. All suspects are scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.
