So unfortuanite to believe someone will improve and make your property appreciate in value and totally depreciate it!! There are people with no skills that have a talent of the gift of gab. I hope justice prevails!

Finally!!! Ken will get his day in court. How horrible he has treated you... he should never be in business. I pray he has to repay you for every cent you gave him. What a hateful person he is to even suggest that Robbie death is questionable. When he faces God that will be his true punishment! Linda Rice Rices50@comcast.net

May I ask who give them the right to say this about me? What kind of people are they?

How appropriate, Kenneth Nixon ( T.H.E. Construction Co.) , 32, of Old Hollow Road, was arrested on Friday the 13th by Trumbull Police based on a warrant from the state's Consumer Protection Division. How unlucky a day for Kenneth Nixon Friday the 13th, but how well deserved his arrest is. As I live in Trumbull, CT on Hickory St and have seen his shabby work first hand, and I know the home owner for over thirty years, he had a lot of nerve to say such distasteful lies about her and her family. Every dog, LIAR, & SCUM BAG has their day, and Kenneth Nixon had his on Friday the 13th, 2012. I am so looking forward to his court dates, because I will be there to see him sweat and receive his just deserve.

It is contractors like this, who prey on innocent and elderly people, who give all contractors a bad name. People wonder, who can they trust?? This man has cheated many out of a lot of money- and I hope he gets punished and makes restitution! Anyone looking for a contractor- check references, check licenses, go see their work. I hope they Ken Nixon loses all his licenses and is forced to pay back the people he cheated!

Marie's bathroom is horrible and totally unprofessionally done. I can't believe what a terrible job T.H.E. Construction did on her poor house. What a rip-off and so badly done, I am appalled. Karen Jenkins

How can the court system not enforce justice to protect innocent people from businesses or individuals like Kenneth Nixon who prey on them by taking their money for work that is sub-par! Please show these businesses/individuals that they will not be tolerated in society!! Thank you!!

Marie, I am so happy for you that this man has been found out about and arrested. So many people are taken by people like this and never get a chance to recover what was done to them. I pray he will have to pay big time for this and what he has put you and your family thur. What upsets me is what he said about your loss of your son Rob. How dare him to question something like the loss of a child. He will answer someday for this to a higher court then what we have here. I am just so happy this has happened. Love and prayers to you my friend. Carol

At least justice will be served. You can tell what type of a character he is to have said all those horrible things about your family, Marie! I wouldn't worry much because you know what they say " what comes around goes around" and when he does this again and again, small businesses are built on word of mouth and I think he will have to find a new profession SOON! this is a lesson for all - You won't get off easy when you mess with Marie, lol!

Hello Mr. Ken Nixon In response to your letter and statement #6 to the BBB you wrote the following: (Our attorneys, yes, attorneys, notified by us as of today as a matter of fact, will be bringing a variety of lawsuits against these “honest & law-biding people”, for multiple things as money owned for the lien we placed on their property, defamation of character, harassment, & etc). BRING IT ON “defamation of character”, you have “NO CHARACTER” or TALENT as a contractor/builder/roofer/tile installer/plumber/electrician. Get ALL your “attorneys” and BRING IT ON!
