A Trumbull man is accused of fondling and propositioning a mentally challenged female employee at Stop & Shop in December.
He was arrested by warrant Monday.
Frederick Robertucci, 90, of Canterbury Lane, is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault. Police said Robertucci approached the woman, touched her inappropriately and asked her to have sex with him in the parking lot.
She refused and he left the scene, police said. Officers later identified him and applied for a warrant.
Several other employees witnessed the incident, police said.
Robertucci is free on $5,000 bond.
