Trumbull Cops: Steroid Possession, Burglary and Sexual Assault

Recent Trumbull police arrests.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Trumbull Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Alleged Burglar Nabbed

A Trumbull man is accused of a gas station burglary from July 9.

Jonathan P. Kosch, 21, of John Street, is charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Police said Kosch smashed a window at Dunn's Service of Trumbull, 6335 Main St. and took the cash drawer containing $50.

He was held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Rubbing Charged

A West Haven man is accused of brushing against the buttocks of an 11-year-old girl in the Westfield Trumbull Mall recently.

Ahmet Muharrem Gulmez, 23, of Coleman Street, is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Police said Gulmez was working at a cell phone accessory kiosk when he inappropriately touched the girl.

His bond was set at $5,000.

Man Accused of Steroid Possession

A Bridgeport man was arrested after allegedly leaving his steroid stash in his former Trumbull home.

Andrew White, 37, of Sanford Place, is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Police said someone found a collection of steroids and erectile dysfunction pills in White's former home and gave them to officers. The collection had about 300 steroid doses and 110 syringes, police said.

White turned himself in to police Sept. 5 and was held in lieu of $25,000 bond.
