UPDATED: Trumbull Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Several Youths

Local man arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting three underaged family members.

A Trumbull man was arrested on Wednesday on the last of three warrants for the alleged sexual assault of three underaged family members over the course of several years.

An investigation by Trumbull police and officers from the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) resulted in the arrest of 54-year-old Javier Valdovinos on charges of sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

According to Trumbull police, the investigation began when three victims — two girls ages 12 and 14 and a 14-year-old boy — reported being sexually assaulted by a family member.

Valdovinos was charged Wednesday with two counts of sexual assault in the first degree and one count in the third degree, three counts of risk of injury to a child and one count of unlawful restraint in the first degree.

He was held on $500,000 bond with a court date set for July 22 in Bridgeport Superior Court.

Police also served two warrants on Valdovinos on May 15 on charges of several counts each of illegal sexual contact and sexual activity with a minor between 2 and 13 years of age.

The investigation is ongoing, Trumbull Lt. Leonard Scinto said Thursday.

"Two-time illegal immigrant charged with rape in Philly’s sanctuary city"------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------..."Milton Mateo Garcia, 28, was caught one year ago entering the U.S. illegally across the Mexican border and was deported back to his native Honduras. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "But Mr. Garcia soon re-entered the U.S. illegally — federal authorities either don’t know how, or they won’t say. He settled with relatives in Philadelphia, where Mayor Michael Nutter had signed an executive order in April declaring it a 'sanctuary city' for illegal immigrants."---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Since then, it’s the city’s official policy to defy federal authorities seeking to deport illegal immigrants unless the person sought by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has been convicted of a violent felony. More than 100 communities nationwide have enacted similar policies, with the tacit blessing of the Obama administration."... Here is another ILLEGAL immigrant SEX assaulter, in CT:----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------"A 32-year-old man was sentenced to less than a year in prison after admitting guilt in a 2005 sex assault case Wednesday at Stamford Superior Court. "Fabian Mesa, whose last known address was 555 South North Lane, Altamonte Springs, Fla., pleaded guilty to one count of fourth-degree sexual assault in exchange for a sentence of 179 days in prison. Mesa had already served some of the sentence, as he was held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer after he was arrested in September 2013 due to a pending investigation into his immigration status."...--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------"According to an arrest warrant, Mesa began having improper contact with the female relative when she was 11 years old. During the summer of 2005, he had sex with the then-12-year-old girl twice at her father's Norwalk home while her father was at work, police said."...--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------"A warrant for Mesa's arrest was signed by a judge on July 5, 2005 but by that time, Mesa had moved out of state. Mesa was detained in early September 2013 after the warrant was discovered during a U.S. Department of Homeland Security interview with Mesa. He was turned over to the custody of Norwalk Police on Sept. 13, 2013."-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------http://www.thehour.com/news/norwalk/man-sentenced-to-less-than-a-year-in-prison-for/article_3521fc43-b05e-5ff7-83b3-06053869a57e.html

MAC, thank you for the sobering and shocking reality check. Our southern border is being INVADED thanks to our dictatorial narcissist-in-chief. .......................... Humanitarian?? HA! Gang members; muslim terrorists; diseased children are all being handed entry and citizenship. Your stories are simply the beginning ---- the destruction of America is underway and will only get 100% worse.. . . . These perverts who sexually abuse children should be castrated and imprisoned forever. Let Almighty God have mercy on their souls, I have none.

Is Carol aware that someone has stolen her identity? The Carol I know has always been a very rational person. What's going on here?

Another credulous right-winger who accepts as evidence a couple of anecdotes, provided by Patch's least credible RWWJ, as proof positive that child molesters are as or more prevalent among migrant workers than among ... oh, say, native born Roman Catholic clergy. And that "muslim terrorists" (gee, why be redundant, Carol?) are streaming over the border among an army of consumptive, underage job-stealers. What? that's not rational?
