Trumbull Police: Trumbull Man Broke into Homes, Stole Jewelry

There were also two domestic violence incidents this past week.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Trumbull Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

A Lake Avenue man faces three burglary charges and multiple larceny charges.

Police said James Matthew Pavia, 33, allegedly plowed the driveway of one resident. A 76-year-old resident discovered his late wife's jewelry was missing and his bathroom window was unlocked, police said.

Paviw was arrested late last week on third-degree burglary charges, first-degree larceny and two counts of third-degree larceny. He allegedly sold the jewelry and confessed after the arrest, police said.

He was held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Meanwhile, a man arrested on a charge of sixth-degree larceny was also charged with four counts of failure to appear in court and held in lieu of $11,500 bond.

Finally, four people were arrested in two separate domestic violence incidents.

Monica Zacconi Capozziello, and Marcela Aparecida Oliveira, 29, both of Huntington Road, are each charged with third-degree assault. They were each held in lieu of $500 bond after being arrested at their home.

Kaitlyn Mee Alston, 18, of Lobsterback Road, is charged with attempted disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. Bryant Gabriel Lopez, 18, of Hale Terrace, Bridgeport, is charged with attempted disorderly conduct and attempted second-degree threatening.

Arrested at a Lobsterback Road home, Lopez was held in lieu of $1,000 bond. Capozziello's bond was unavailable.

All suspects are scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.
