Thank God Rowe beat todisco; she is an entrenched member of the most corrupt and ruthless Probate system of all fifty states, the Connecticut Probate Machine. Connecticut is infamous nationwide as having the dirtiest, most corrupt Probate racket of all fifty states and Amy Todisco is a ruthless predator who has been one of the most integral members of this pack. as president of the CT Elder Law Attorney Association, she regularly uses this corrupt prpobate racket to get probate judges to appoint her as "guardian" over unwilling vicitms with money so as to then declare them involuntarily conserved and plunder their estates for their own mutual self profit. As you can see, she actually boasts of this in her posted candiate page. Thank god her power for exploitation of targeted vicitms has been checked in place by the voters of Trumbull.

She is a crook. She robbed my friends estate blind and left her children with NOTHING! They couldn't get into their own home to live because she was doing "inventory".She did exactly as you said. Appointed herself as guardian and wiped out the estate!

Wow! What a post. She had a full page ad in the Trumbull Times listing very impressive and relevant credentials...that vs. this? If she wasn't running against a well known and liked candidate, no doubt she would have won the job.
Obviously your posts are your views, but it does make me wonder why information like this wasn't posted sooner. Clearly, as a lawyer, it would be easy for her to sue you...and may still be, but I'm no lawyer. I hope it’s not true, as what kind of fiend could live with themselves thieving under the worst of circumstances, then taking smiley photos and running for a public office. Hard to swallow…I just looked at the CT Judiciary site. She has no record of discipline against her. I would think if someone fleeced your parents a person would at a minimum press a complaint, so why nothing? Honestly, I don’t know what to think, but the Judge issue is moot for now.

Personally, I'm happy to see the end of Chiota's reign and I hope an end to the "old school" practices.
