The award winning Trumbull Golden Eagles Marching Band won 1st place at both their competitions last weekend, with their show entitled "Vertigo."
Their first competition was at Bunnell High School in Stratford and their second was at Norwalk High School, said Band Parent Lisa Nuland.
Next week is the Musical Arts Conference Championships, where Trumbull will try to beat their biggest rival, Norwalk High School's marching band.
"They have been neck and neck in these competitions, sometimes with only a tenth of a point between them," Nuland said.
The championships take place on Nov. 9 at Kennedy Stadium in Bridgeport.
"The Golden Eagles would love to have as many Trumbullites as possible coming out to support them. It should be an exciting show!", she said.
