JAM INTO SUMMER PARKOUR

 Definitions

• Parkour (The ‘flight’ vs. ‘fight’ martial art; the art-of-movement from one point to another in the most efficient method
• Jam (a term that describes a Parkour workout session)
• Lakewood-Trumbull YMCA (YMCA Branch promoting health and fitness to tween and teens.  Safe place to practice Parkour in five jamming sessions. Monday-Thursday (Friday is reserved for a rain day) at the Camp Tepee and Outdoor Center located off Rt. 59 in Monroe, CT)

Ages

5th Grade through Adult (Choose from Beginner, Intermediate, and Advance Parkour)

When

Jam III           July 23 – July 26

Jam IV           August 13 – August 16

Jam V            August 20 – August 23         

Time

4:00pm – 7:00pm
