After seeing how this business reacted to a concerned customer and clearly disrespected her, IRead More certainty wouldn't want to use this business for anything. What business talks to a customer like that? Very unprofessional

Wow, I have never been to this place of business, but I will say that I have had damage done to myRead More vehicle, including a cracked dashboard one time, which now devalues my truck, having had it in mint condition at the time. They took it off "chasing the light" as it is called, only to find out it was only the headlight switch that needed replacing(where in that case, the dashboard need not be removed.) I want to be clear, it was not this company in Trumbull that did the damage, but at least I was not charged for the 3+ hour labor it took them to remove and replace the dash. It was nice Steve tried to buff out the scratches, but I have to agree with Sara in this particular case. I know for a fact, again I want to say, not this business, but women are treated with disrespect when they go to shops(in general.) My mom had a few issues with some places and I went to them and told them how it's gonna be. They didn't like it, but I knew what I was talking about. They charged her AC unit in her Chevy Blazer. I had the compressor replaced in my truck and had it recharged. The cold air coming out was frigid, like it should be. My mom's wasn't even cool. I went with her to the place and demanded, in a calm tone, that they add more Freon and they did. Now it works like it should. Obviously they didn't add the correct amount...trying to scam my mom. Not on my watch. Sara, have you considered talking to a lawyer? Steve is right though, sadly, after you leave the lot they are not legally responsible anymore. I suggest, and in the most respectful way, you take a few pictures before bringing it anywhere next time. And get a written estimate of what they are going to do on paper, your own copy, before letting them start any work, seeing they didn't do the tire change you expected.
