Its avowed mission is to put God at the center of children's lives and worldviews. Brian Modarelli is school headmaster. It was founded by the late Rev. Paul H. Anderson.

St. Joseph High School was started by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport and has been educating the region'sMore residents since 1962. Fifteen of the 69 faculty members are alumni. The average class size is 24, and 97 percent of graduates continue on to colleges and universities. The school is located near the Nichols section of town. Ken Mayo is the principal and William Fitzgerald is the president.

The Trumbull Regional Agriscience Biotechnical Center offers high school students from Trumbull and the surroundingMore towns a state-of-the-art educational program designed around biotechnology and other life sciences. Fully supported by the Trumbull board of education and the state, this four-year school offers concentrations in animal science, agricultural mechanics, biotechnology, equine science, and plant science, and is facilitated by work in professional level science labs and activity in the school's comprehensive Supervised Agricultural Experience program.
