After living and working (as a teacher) in Fairfield County all my life, I moved to Florida and then to Virginia five years ago. I wrote articles for one of the local papers until its demise last year due to the recession. I have been looking for a new audience since then. As a former teacher, I miss a forum to philosophize about life and dispense advice.
The best part of retirement is having more time to spend with my wife Joanne and our two cats, Emily and Chapin.
