Trumbull Cops: Norwalk Man Fondled Himself in Lord & Taylor

Recent arrests by Trumbull Police.

Albert Patino, 41, of Jefferson Street, Norwalk, is accused of playing with himself in public and damaging clothing in Lord & Taylor.

Patino is charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of the peace and public indecency.

Police said Patino entered the store on March 3 and fondled himself inside his clothing while observing a female customer. He then wiped his hands on several items of clothing, total value nearly $500, and fled the store.

The whole incident was videotaped by a store security camera, police said.

Patino then allegedly returned on March 17 and was identified as the man in the video, and an arrest warrant was applied for, police said.

Patino's bond was set at $5,000 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
