'Ashes To Go' in Trumbull Draws 75 People
Some Christians in Trumbull got their ashes outside Wednesday.
The Rev. Elsa Worth and the Rev. Louise Kalemkerian took Ash Wednesday outside Wednesday outside of Starbucks.
"We think over the course of 1.5 hours, we saw about 75 people this year at Ashes to Go. No big crowds, but definitely a steady trickle," said Worth. She said last year's was well attended because of the balmy 55-degree weather.
Worth is from Grace Episcopal Church and Kalemkerian comes Christ Church Tashua.
