Comic characters came to life while independent artists sold their wares at the Trumbull Marriott recently.
One of its founders is Trumbull resident Mitch Hallock. He said he hopes to have it for more than one day next year.
Attendees had the chance for photos with their favorite characters and in front of the 1960s series Batmobile and Bat cycle. Other vendors sold Star Wars- and Comic-themed Legos as well as card games including "Magic: The Gathering."
The voice of Lion-O, a character from the 1980s cartoon "Thundercats," was signing autographs.
