"We are huge supporters of THS - The Eagle's Eye Newspaper, Student Council, Cat Walk for a Cure, Home Coming, Community Sponsors of THS's Musical Theater Productions, etc. We hope the students, parents and faculty of THS support this event because everything we raise at the concert goes directly back to THS students," LaChioma said.

The program this year will feature THS students and alumni, In Motion Dance Company, Vocalists from C.A.S.T. Voice  Studio, RCA, PACC and performers from National Broadway touring companies.

"Javier Colon, a good friend of the LaChioma's and PACC, was scheduled to perform this year, but his busy schedule has put him in conflict.  Javier sends his best wishes to all the performers and hopes that this year's benefit concert will be a huge success.  Javier has performed at two of the past five S.A.M. Benefit Concerts," she added. "Steven's family will be in attendance this year, as will his friends who refuse to let him be forgotten."

Merrihew died in a car accident.

PACC has give out over $30,000 in scholarships to THS seniors going on to pursue dance, voice, musical theater, acting, music instrumentation,  theater design or management, communications and broadcasting.

Tickets are $10 and are tax deductible if you make checks payable to The Parker Project (501c3) and are available at PACC or at the door.

"This is a great evening of song and dance for the entire family," LaChioma said.
