Reports: McHugh, McGorty Winners of Tuesday's Special Elections

Trumbull voters appear to have selected Democratic candidate Lainie McHugh to fill the vacancy on the Board of Finance, according to the unofficial tally reported Tuesday night by the Trumbull Times.

The Times reported a 96-vote victory for McHugh over Republican challenger William Haberlin, 1,591-1,495, however they noted that the original machine count shortly after the polls closed had McHugh winning by 121 votes.
