Long Hill Garden Club Plant Sale
The Long Hill Garden Club Plant
Sale will take place on Saturday, May 5th at the Trumbull Library from 8:30
a.m. – 12:00 p.m. For sale will be a hundreds of locally grown perennials, native
plants, grasses, and small shrubs and trees. Each plant will be tagged for
identification and sorted by light requirements. Garden-themed baskets as well
as gently-used tools and floral décor are for sale
Proceeds from the plant sale will
benefit the club’s philanthropic projects from scholarships, book donations to
the libraries and schools, grants for elementary level education, passes to the
Discovery Museum and Beardsley Zoo and dedication
to town projects.
