Trumbull Residents: Explore Trumbull's Beautiful Parks!

Join Trumbull Nature & Arts Center Sept. 16, 2-4pm at Old Mine Park to begin a journey to get to know our parks through geocaching!

One of the most valued assets Trumbull has to offer, is our hundreds of acres of beautiful Parks. Join Trumbull Nature & Arts Center Sept. 16, 2-4pm at Old Mine Park to begin a journey to get to know our parks through geocaching!

TNAC Geocaching, is a program designed to inspire the community to get outside and explore the beautiful parks of Trumbull.

A Global Positioning Sensor (GPS) is used to find coordinates,to look for a box hidden somewhere in a designated Park area. When you find the box, it will have a small container inside with a trinket and a notepad. The person

who finds it has to write their name and date on the pad, they then take the ‘prize’ out of the box and replace it with something else. What you

put in, can be anything, even just a note.

*Coordinates can be downloaded from our website at www.patronsoftnac.com

The cache box coordinates are marked ‘easy’, ‘moderate’, and ‘challenging’ according to the difficulty in terrain, and/or how well they are hidden..

Have Fun!

(Please adhere to all parks rules and regulations.)
