Man Charged in 2011 Motorcycle Crash in Trumbull

A Bad Anniversary

Joseph A. Stoffan, 26, of Wilson Avenue, Trumbull, was arrested by warrant stemming from an Nov. 5, 2011, accident.

He is charged with traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving and operating a motorcycle without a license.

Police said he was driving in the Lake Avenue area recklessly and hit another car.

Meanwhile, police charged a Stratford woman with driving under the influence after she allegedly nearly hit a Trumbull cruiser.

When an officer stopper her, Susan Marie Rich, 40, of Blamey Circle, allegedly admitted to drinking and her blood alcohol level was tested at 0.233 and 0.221, nearly three times the legal limit of 0.08.

Her bond was set at $500.

Shoplifting and Trespassing Charged

Danielle Nicole Ginise, 23, of Harding Avenue, West Haven, and Antwaun Rovel Roach-Baptiste, 24, of Naugatuck Avenue, Milford are each charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

Police said the two entered the Westfield Trumbull Mall despite being banned. Their bonds were set at $1,000 each.

Gary M. King, 22, of Old Town Road, Trumbull, is charged with stealing from FYE in the mall.

Police said King took seven DVDs worth a total of $194.
