This informative session is hosted by Trumbull Public Schools with expert guest speakers from the Trumbull Schools Technology Department and FBI Agent Tom Lawler.

 

Think your kids are safe?  In a recent survey by the FBI of kids ages 8 to 18:

> Half have posted information about themselves online

> One-third have talked about sex online with someone they have never met

> One in eight have discovered an adult posing as a younger person

 

Learn ways to keep your kids safe on the internet. 

We will discuss ways to avoid sexual predators and cyber-bullying in the home.  You will also hear how teachers are educating your child about   Internet safety at school. The program is expected to be about one hour long,  followed by a question and answer period.
