Thousands of people flocked to the renewed Trumbull Day near Trumbull High School recently for rides, games, live music and the highlight of the evening, the fireworks.
Trumbull Day was started in 1972 and began attracting celebrities and people from other states. It was cancelled in 2010 and held outside the Westfield Trumbull Mall in 2011.
