The Girl Spot, established March 2010, is located at 260 Quarry Road, Suite F in Milford. We specialize in using aerial art for fitness. Classes include Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, FlyGym Aerial Yoga and pole fitness. Other class include chair dance, stretch and barre workouts. Women, men and kids are welcome.
